Place your service and supply orders through myricoh.com. Have your equipment ID number ready. The equipment ID number is located on the sticker on the front of the device. This is the best way to place service calls or supply orders, but you can also call the toll free number 888-456-6457
All machines under the UW Managed Print Services contract should be reporting low toner alerts to the Ricoh monitoring system and receiving automatic toner shipments. Please be sure to place an initial order for toner, staple refills and a waste toner bottle when your machine is installed. This should be covered during the training session with the Ricoh representative.
If you currently do not have spare toner for your machine, please email email@example.com to ensure delivery of supplies before your machine runs empty.
