Did we let you down?

We will gladly refund your money in the following situations:

  • The copier, printer, or Dawg Prints card dispenser accepted your funds and gave you nothing in return
  • Poor quality copies or printouts
  • Problems with print stations that resulted in a failed job
  • Add value station printed a receipt but failed to add value to your card (receipt required for refund)

Refunds will not be made for user error. We cannot provide cash refunds.
