Order Process

How does the order process work?

  • Set up assessment through this website  
  • Receive quote from Ricoh
  • Place order using this website
  • Equipment delivered within 30 days of order date
  • Department is contacted by Ricoh Logistics Team to set up delivery
  • Delivery driver calls customer on day of delivery, prior to arrival and gives estimated ETA
  • Driver places device on-site and generally plugs in device
  • Technician is deployed for installation same day or next day (depending on when the device was delivered in the day) and depending on customer’s availability
  • Customer will receive a Welcome email with instructions to schedule training
