Payroll duties are a shared responsibility. In general, day-to-day payroll responsibilities are administered and managed at the department level. The University Central Payroll Office receives and processes all requests and changes, and is available to answer questions and concerns. Depending on the nature and size of the department, a dean's office, or vice president's office may also be involved in the payroll process.
