MyFinancial.desktop (MyFD) is a web interface for the University of Washington's Financial Accounting System (FAS). MyFD provides users a convenient means for monitoring budget balances and reconciling transactions. Additionally, MyFD Users can build custom reports, use the Budget Worksheet to plan for future budget activity, transfer posted salary and non-salary expenses and submit journal vouchers.
MyFD will be retired when UW's financials transition in 2022, a program known commonly as UW Finance Transformation (UWFT). UWFT is a redesign of our finance-related policies and processes, with the help of new technology and software from Workday. Data from MyFD may continue to be available after Workday Go Live during a transition period, as is common with most system retirement efforts.
