Once your department's PCA codes are applied to transactions, you can view and summarize the information using the MyFinancial.desktop application.
- To view the transactions where Project, Task and/or Option have been applied, use the Transaction Summary, Transaction Detail or Reconciliation report
- To summarize expenditures based on PCA codes, Create a New Query using the Transaction Summary template in MyFinancial.desktop to extract the transactions specific to your PCA codes
- Two important things when querying your PCA codes are to:
- Locate the PCA type to query (Lite or UltraLite), and
- Select the correct PCA code fields to query
