This class is designed specifically for new or beginning eProcurement users. Through lecture, system demonstrations and web resources, class participants can expect to learn how to:
- Search for products/services and place orders in eProcurement using both hosted and punchout catalogs
- Place orders in eProcurement for Non-Catalog Items
- Customize orders based on accounting needs to Pay for products or services from more than one budget
- Edit account codes and add Project codes (PCA)
- Locate resources when a quote is necessary
- Apply basic customization features
- Use Labels to organize their eProcurement requisitions
- Order tax-exempt Machine and Equipment (M&E)
- Research the status of an order and identify the order approver
- Run basic reports
