The deadline to complete the five Benchmarking and Data Gathering requests is in seven business days: Tuesday, July 31, 2018. Each unit is responsible for providing data or marking them as “N/A” for all five key areas: (1) Benchmarking, (2) Systems, (3) Reports, (4) Process Maps/Inventory, and (5) Integrations.
Please note: It has come to our attention that our site’s functionality has not allowed users to mark Process Maps as “Complete” OR “Not Applicable.” In order to ensure your status for Process Maps is understood by UWFT, please email UWFTAsk@uw.edu and describe your status as “Process Maps Complete” OR “Not Applicable for Process Maps.”
Help for Units
We understand this is an incredibly busy time of year for you, and we appreciate your efforts to make this a priority. If you have not yet started, or are having trouble along the way, please let us help you! The UWFT Program Team is providing:
- A Mobile Support Unit (MSU) on Thursday from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Magnuson Health Sciences Center (MHSC) in E202 Turner Conference Room
- Office hours on Tuesday and Wednesday at PCH or via Skype during those times
- A robust FAQs page that is regularly updated
- Fast response time: For the remaining seven business days, the UWFT team is striving to respond within less than 24 hours to questions sent to UWFTAsk@uw.edu
- If you need an MSU for your unit, please reach out to UWFTask@uw.edu ASAP so we can attempt to get this scheduled
The UWFT program is following a tight timeline, and the recent on-schedule selection of our apparent successful bidder for the Readiness Phase elevates the importance of units completing these surveys on time. The data gathered here will help ensure the incoming readiness partner is able to hit the ground running when they onboard in early August. This will help inform the future operating model, foundational data model design, the change management strategy, and ultimately the full readiness plan.
