QUARTER: Quarter aid was awarded
PROC: Where F (find), A (add), C (cancel), and U (update) are entered for an award
BY: User ID or SDB program that added or updated the award
DATE: Date award was updated or added
PRIORITY: Disbursement rank
BACK OUT DISB: Where Y (yes) or N (no) is entered to cancel a disbursement
CASH ONLY: Where Y (yes) or N (no) is entered if award goes directly to the student 
ACCOUNT ONLY: Where Y (yes) or N (no) is entered if award directly pays to the student's tuition and fees
MIN CUM GPA: Minimum GPA requirement to get award
MAX COURSE NO: Highest course level covered by the budget
MAX CREDIT HOURS: Maximum number of credit hours a student can be enrolled in and still qualify
CLASS: Specific code indicating what year student is
BRANCH: Indicates what branch of UW student is enrolled in
COLLEGE: Academic department student is enrolled in
MAJOR: Specific program within the academic department the student is enrolled in
MIN CRED HOURS: Credits student needs to be enrolled in to receive aid
RESIDENT TUITION: Where Y (yes) or N (no) is entered if award will pay resident tuition
SUBTOTAL%: #1 - Percentage of coverage for tuition component- usually 100
                         #2 - Percentage of coverage for tuition component- usually 100
                         #3 - Percentage of coverage for tuition component- usually 100
                         #4 - Percentage of coverage for tuition component- usually 100
                         #5 - Percentage of coverage for tuition component- usually 100
                         #6 - Percentage of coverage for tuition component- usually 100
