SLT115/M8-15: Loan Authorization

Definition:

Screen to manually authorize short term and institutional loans.

Instructions:

To authorize a loan, enter budget number/financial aid year under AID:, the student number in STD: and enter dollar amount for the quarter(s) being awarded. 

Data Definition:

Fund: Budget number and award description
Max Award: Total maximum loan amount awarded
Form of disbursement: How funds will be disbursed by account, open (account first then remainder to cash) or cash only
PROC: where you U (update/add) or c (Cancel) loan for specific quarters
Autho: Total loan amount authorized for the quarter
Note#: not used
PMNTS: where 1 is entered for short loans and left blank for longer term loans
Repay SRC: not used
Disb: Total loan amount disbursed
