FPB has three key focus areas for FY27:
- Incentive-Based Budgeting (Transformational Priority)
- Finance Shared Services Consolidation (Transformational Priority)
- Build Excellence Across Service, Operations, and Organization (Strategic Pillar)
The first two priorities are enterprise-wide, multi-year transformational initiatives that FPB is leading. These are a continuation of our Operational Excellence efforts throughout FY26.
