  • Title - This is the page's title; it's pretty self-explanatory.
  • Body - This is the content of the page. You can search for any text or HTML code in the page's body.

It also allows you to apply filters based on the following:

  • Date last changed - This is the date the page was last changed.
  • Authored by - This is who created the page.
  • Published status - You can view published, unpublished, or both using this filter.

Two options are available to download an Excel CSV file of your site's pages.

  • CSV - The CSV download option generates an Excel spreadsheet containing the above fields.
  • CSV+ - The CSV+ download option generates an Excel spreadsheet containing the above fields and a column containing the HTML content of the pages.
