Gateway Building Guide
Gateway Building is located at 4320 Brooklyn Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98195.
The Gateway Building offers a variety of work, collaboration and community spaces for employees. The set up is a hoteling environment allowing employees to choose their own work location during their on-campus days. Dedicated workstations are available for director level and above and staff who work full time in the office.
Workstation reservations are made online through OpenBlue using your UW NetID credentials. Find a space using the map version of OpenBlue. For those unfamiliar with OpenBlue, please use this beginner's guide.
To make hoteling more convenient, FPB provides lockers to store belongings while onsite. If interested in a locker assignment or have questions about your locker assignment, contact reception@uw.edu.
Fob Access
The Gateway Building uses fob access. Employees stationed in Gateway are issued a fob that provides entry into the building and designated spaces.
Lost your fob or forgot it at home? For immediately building access, connect with the lobby security desk to get to your floor then email finsshr@uw.edu for a replacement.
Visitors to Gateway
All visitors including FPB staff not stationed at Gateway need to be registered with the Gateway security. To register a guest, please contact reception@uw.edu 24 hours ahead of arrival. When guests arrive, they will check in with the Security Desk in the lobby and then are escorted to their floor.
