FPB values diversity, equity, inclusion, and access, and is committed to creating a culture that honors diverse voices, experiences, and perspectives. The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Committee was re-formed under the new FPB organization in May 2024.
The FPB DEIB Committee is a community of colleagues who are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This committee is open to all eligible staff regardless of race, sex or other identity.
