ProCard / CTA Card

FPB Procurement Card (ProCard) & Central Travel Account Card (CTA Card) Department Policy

Effective Date: September 2026

FPB staff should refer to the official guidance and policies published by Procurement Services regarding ProCard and CTA cards. In addition to those established rules, this document outlines policies and processes that are specific and internal to FPB.

FPB ProCard Eligibility

A ProCard may be issued only to employees who routinely purchase goods or services on behalf of FPB and have a demonstrated business need. ProCards will not be issued solely for convenience. FPB Administration will review cardholder assignments periodically to ensure continued business need.  All ProCard applications must be approved by FPB Administration.

FPB CTA Card Eligibility

FPB has centralized the use of CTA cards within the department, and the primary FPB CTA card is held by the Central Shared Environment/Finance Shared Services team.
