Performance evaluations are a tool for supervisors to provide thoughtful feedback through recognition of accomplishments, discussion, and documentation of challenges, goal setting for individual roles, and professional development. The formal performance evaluation process compliments regular feedback and performance management. Additionally, this is an opportunity to align individual goals with team and unit goals and values.
Annual Performance Evaluations are due on the last working day of May, unless otherwise approved by FPB HR.
