Employees may be eligible to pursue certifications based on their professional development plan. FPB financial support of the certification must be approved by the employee's supervisor, Finance Director, and Senior Leadership and may apply to the 24 hour training limit. Certifications covered by the program include, but are not limited to:
- UW Professional & Continuing Education (PCE)
- Certified Professional in Supply Management
- Certified Financial Analyst
- Certified Public Accountant
