  • 1/1 - 6/30 and 7/1 - 12/31 use Calendar
  • 9/16 - 3/15 and 3/16 - 9/15 use Academic

If your proposal does not contain any Faculty Effort Cost Share, please use either the Calendar Dollar-based addendum (for Org codes 302, 304, 308, 310), or the Academic Dollar-based addendum (for all other Org codes).
