Initiative: InVision Space Manager Inventory Update – Not for Space Survey Participants

This initiative applies to departments that are NOT participating in the Space Survey. If your department was not contacted in October by MAA, this initiative applies to you.

The purpose of this initiative is to ensure InVision Space Manager, which is UW’s source system for space data, accurately reflects department room assignments and types. For the F&A Rate Proposal, this information ensures departmental space (specifically research-related rooms) is properly assigned and designated, which is important for the allocation of facilities-related costs.

For information on this activity for departments participating in the Space Survey, refer to InVision Space Manager Inventory Initiative for Space Survey.
