If you withdraw from school, whether you still owe tuition (or receive any refund for tuition payed) will depend on how soon you withdraw from all your classes.
Counting days from the *1st day of the quarter*
In addition to the tuition, you may be:
+ Charged a [change of registration fee](http://www.washington.edu/student s/reg/regchang.html)
+ Required to pay back any recieved financial aid that you received directly
