You can always send us an email or complete a customer comment card in our office anytime. Once a year during Spring Quarter, Student Fiscal Services seeks customer input on annual (and completely confidential) [customer satisfaction survey](https://catalysttools.washington.edu/webq/survey/sfscust/70639). This is a chance for you to give formal feedback about the part of the UW that disburses aid money, issues refunds, reviews tuition forfeiture petitions, posts and updates tuition bills, and collects tuition payments. The survey is generally available from late March through early June. We are always looking for ways to serve you better... thank you for your input.
