There are several ways for an employer to make a payment on behalf of a student -- it just depends on the employers preference. An employer may: + Reimburse a student + A student pays the full amount, prints off the official tuition statement from MyUW indicating total billed and paid, and presents that to their employer for partial or full reimbursement. + Release funds to student + A student prints the official tuition statement from MyUW, provides it to his employer who then provides him/her with a check made out to the University of Washington for the portion they will cover. The student then brings that check, along with the rest of his/her payment, to the Student Fiscal Services cashiers in Schmitz Hall to make the payment. + The employer provides the student with the funds directly (e.g., through payroll direct depoist, check made out to the student, etc.). + The student then pays his/her full amount due using web check, check, cash or credit card. See the [Tuition Payment page for more detail](http://finance.uw.edu/sfs/tuition/payment). + Recieve Third-Party Billing: + If this company would rather be billed and pay the University directly on behalf of their employees/our students, they may complete a Third Party Contract, providing relevant contact and student information, and indicating the amount they are willing to pay on behalf of the student, as well as which fees may be included. The employer then sends a check to SFS. Note: The statement provided through MyUW is the official billing statment provided by the Univeristy of Washington. In addition, when payments are posted, they are reflected on the statement and this then is the offical record of reciept of payment. An unaltered printout of this is considered an official record of charges and payments. More information on eBilling may be found at http://finance.uw.edu/sfs/tuition/statement
