Instructions:
History of Student Organization particpation can be viewed by placing an 'X' next to the Student Organization the user would like to view
Participation can be manually Added (A) by entering the quarter and year in format QQQ/YYYY next to ADD NEW QUARTER
Participation can be manually Cancelled (C) by entering 'C' in the PROC field for the corresponding quarter and using hard enter
