FAQ
Tuition and fee billing statements are provided online via [MyUW](http://myuw.washington.edu) through a secure login based on your network ID. As a cost savings and paper reduction measure, the UW does not mail or print copies of bills for students. The online statement is your official statement. Once you have paid, if you need proof of payment and/or billing to provide to a third pary, you should print out the statement directly from [MyUW](http://myuw.washington.edu).

UW does not offer any payment plans for tuition. For emergency needs (typically when you expect your financial aid to come through after the tuition due date), UW does offer, a [short-term loan](http://f2.washington.edu/fm/sfs/students/short-term) option that may meet your needs. Please note the following regarding the short-term loan program at UW: + There is a one-time $30 origination/processing fee + Payment must be made **in full** prior to the tuition due date of the following quarter. + As long as your loan remains unpaid, you will not be able to take out another.

FAQ
You can always send us an email or complete a customer comment card in our office anytime. Once a year during Spring Quarter, Student Fiscal Services seeks customer input on annual (and completely confidential) [customer satisfaction survey](https://catalysttools.washington.edu/webq/survey/sfscust/70639). This is a chance for you to give formal feedback about the part of the UW that disburses aid money, issues refunds, reviews tuition forfeiture petitions, posts and updates tuition bills, and collects tuition payments. The survey is generally available from late March through early June.

FAQ
If you sign up for Direct Deposit on [MyUW](http://myuw.washington.edu/) under *Personal Services*, you can avoid having to pick up your check in person. After tuition and fees are paid, any excess funds will be deposited directly to your bank account. The funds should be available in your bank account three business days after you sign your loan documents or at the beginning of the quarter, whichever is later. If you are not able to use Direct Deposit, you will need to request that a check be mailed to you.
