It is the student’s responsibility to verify all tuition charges are correct on MyUW and to notify their academic department if adjustments are required. Tuition charges are the student’s obligation and are always due by the 3rd Friday of the quarter.

Late Payments
There is currently no tuition payment plan available to students of the Seattle campus. If you find that you are unable to pay your tuition by the due date, you may contact the Office of Student Financial Aid for further assistance.
If you do not pay your tuition by the tuition due date, you will be assessed a late payment charge based on the amount of your outstanding balance.
Past Due Balance | Late Fee |
---|---|
$250 and above |
$120 |
$50 to $249.99 | $50 |
Under $50 |
No late fee |
Financial aid funds can not be used to pay this fee. You will need to make a separate payment to cover this charge.
Failure to pay your outstanding balance may result in a hold on your academic records and/or your account being referred to an outside collection agency, which will add additional charges.
