The University of Washington does not mail tuition statements. All tutition and fee statements are created electronlically and are available through [MyUW](http://myuw.washington.edu). This is your official billing statement. The University will send a message to your UW registered email account reminding you to check your tuition statement. The first reminder is emailed during the week before the quarter. Log in to [MyUW](http://myuw.washington.edu) to view your statement . Remember, you may pay 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by [web check](http://finance.uw.edu/sfs/tuition/payment) and it's free. **Note**: Students are able to authorize online access to their statement for two additional people, such as parents, by logging in to [MyUW](http://myuw.washington.edu) and using the online *Information Release Authorization* link located on the tutition and fee statement. No one other than the student will be able to access the statement, nor remit payment online (e.g., pay by [web check](http://finance.uw.edu/sfs/tuition/payment), until such authorization has been granted. If you are not sure what your email account is, check the web page [IT Connect for Students](http://www.washington.edu/itconnect/forstudents.html).
