How does the order process work?
- Set up assessment through this website
- Receive quote from Ricoh
- Place order using this website
- Equipment delivered within 30 days of order date
- Department is contacted by Ricoh Logistics Team to set up delivery
- Delivery driver calls customer on day of delivery, prior to arrival and gives estimated ETA
- Driver places device on-site and generally plugs in device
- Technician is deployed for installation same day or next day (depending on when the device was delivered in the day) and depending on customer’s availability
- Customer will receive a Welcome email with instructions to schedule training
