Strategic Decision Support sits within the core team supporting the Associate Vice President, bringing together academic and financial information to help university leadership make informed, forward-looking decisions. The team works across three key areas of impact:
- Academic budgeting & financial planning — connecting academic priorities with financial realities to support sound, sustainable resource decisions
- Institutional alignment — bridging academic and administrative functional work to ensure coordinated, effective operations across the university
- Strategic analysis & benchmarking — delivering key analysis and peer comparisons that inform institutional effectiveness and strategic planning
To do this work, the team draws on expertise across project management, data insights, financial and budget analysis, and institutional benchmarking — combining these disciplines to give leadership a clear, integrated view of where the university stands and where it's headed.
