Disposition of Items Purchased on Awards

All items (equipment, supplies, laptops, etc.) purchased on an Award are the property of either the UW or the Sponsor, as specified in the terms of the Award. Purchased items, regardless of their value, may only be disposed of (donated, surplussed, destroyed, or sold) with written approval from the Sponsor’s authorized representative, and in accordance with UW policy.
