Please note: ECC coordinator pre-review periods do not have hard end dates. The dates you see for the end of the pre-review period in the above tables indicate that; the following day, all statements that have been "Pre-Reviewed" will move to "Ready for Certification", and PIs/Faculty who have a statement that moved to the "Ready for Certification" status will receive an email notification.
You will still be able to pre-review statements after the official pre-review period is over. The 'Due Date' column in each table represents when statements for the corresponding period are actually due. Statements that reflect accurate information should be pre-reviewed prior to this date so that the PI/faculty has a chance to complete their certification prior to the due date. It is not recommended to pre-review a statement if there are adjustments that need to be made.
After the first notification PIs/faculty receive when their statement initially becomes available for their certification, if they have not completed their certification as the due date approaches, they will be automatically reminded 10 day prior, 5 days prior, and the day of the due date. PAFC effort reporting team will follow up with coordinators on outstanding statements past the due date for each period.
