Effort Changes & Recertification
Changes to an effort statement should be made carefully to ensure certified effort accurately reflects the work performed. Depending on the situation, updates may require a Payroll Accounting Adjustment (PAA) in Workday, a funding shift in ECC, sponsor approval for reductions in committed effort, or, in limited cases, recertification of an effort statement.
