Effort Changes & Recertification

Changes to an effort statement should be made carefully to ensure certified effort accurately reflects the work performed. Depending on the situation, updates may require a Payroll Accounting Adjustment (PAA) in Workday, recertification of an effort statement, a funding shift in ECC, or sponsor approval for reductions in committed effort.
