We are excited to share some of the key outcomes from the UW Connect Finance User and Content Creator Surveys.
UW Connect Finance User survey - The overwhelming feedback was that it is challenging to find what you are looking for on the UW Connect Finance Portal (UWCF) and that the job aids didn't always answer your questions. To help with those issues, we are doing the following:

Redesigning UWCF to make finding what you need easier and more intuitive.

Identifying and working with content owners to update existing content (and remove unnecessary content) and ensure that new content meets your needs.

Establish review processes with content creators, SMEs, and owners to thoroughly vet content before publication.

UW Connect Finance Content Creator Survey- Feedback from content creators told us they wanted access to more tools when creating content in UWCF, knowing who owns what content, and a streamlined process for publishing content. To that end, we are:

Reviewing and adding tools to UWCF to make creating content more straightforward and more intuitive.

Identifying and creating owner groups that contain content creators, SMEs, and owners so we know at a glance who owns the content and who to send feedback to.

Reviewing and revising the creation process to remove roadblocks and make publishing content easier and more efficient.
