If you did not receive a paper 1098T in the mail by the end of February, it is likely that you opted in to receive an electronic 1098T (e1098T) instead of the paper form. You may view your 1098T forms on [MyUW](http://myuw.washington.edu/). ####Help Us Save Money If you haven't already done so, please opt out of paper 1098T forms via [MyUW](http://myuw.washington.edu/). For 2009, UW mailed 54,504 paper 1098T forms at a total cost to the UW of $27,635 - and every year, there are more students attending. The effective net cost for the electronic 1098Ts is $0!

FAQ
UW does not offer any payment plans for tuition. Please note the following regarding the short-term loan program at UW: + There is a one-time $30 origination/processing fee + Payment must be made **in full** prior to the tuition due date of the following quarter. + As long as your loan remains unpaid, you will not be able to take out another.

FAQ
You can always send us an email or complete a customer comment card in our office anytime. Once a year during Spring Quarter, Student Fiscal Services seeks customer input on annual (and completely confidential) [customer satisfaction survey](https://catalysttools.washington.edu/webq/survey/sfscust/70639). This is a chance for you to give formal feedback about the part of the UW that disburses aid money, issues refunds, reviews tuition forfeiture petitions, posts and updates tuition bills, and collects tuition payments. The survey is generally available from late March through early June.

Before SFS can disburse GET funds to pay tuition or housing charges, the GET account owner needs to fill out and submit the *Direct Payment Request* form [online](http://www.get.wa.gov/currentcustomers.shtml). After the GET program has approved the disbursement request, SFS will apply the funds to the student’s account to pay tuition, fees or housing charges. For additional information, see the [SFS GET page](http://finance.uw.edu/sfs/get).
