You can print or extract MyFD reports by clicking on either the Print or Extract button, located near the top right of your screen.

In general, the reports in MyFD do not need to be printed and meet records retention requirements. If your unit's business process previously required printing of these reports, we recommend reviewing your department's policies and talking with your administrator regarding keeping only electronic records instead of printing additional copies.

Note that any reports, including printed MyFD reports, which are signed and dated to document reconciliation activity must then be maintained in accordance with the University's retention schedule. For information, please visit Records Management Services and also consult with Internal Audit to verify your current business processes meet requirements.

MyFD supports the latest W3C Standards using Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. This should also work on other browsers that are standards-compliant. If you experience problems with other browsers, please contact your local IT department.
