Calculator for Salary Allocations in Workday
Only intended for allocations to sponsored awards - Calculates the appropriate percentage to enter into Workday based on an individuals monthly salary amount for different components (REG, ADS, Clinical (UWP & CUMG) - which not factored into Workday's salary cap calculation), the inputted committed effort amount for each grant, and whether or not salary cap is applicable.

Salary over the Cap (SoC) Verification Tool
ECC SoC Verification Tool - Intended for after the fact use when looking at an effort statement in ECC, helping to verify the Salary over the Cap shown for each grant is at a compliant level. Only necessary to use when there have been PAAs on a grant with salary cap and/or there are Clinical Practice Plan earnings (UWP/CUMG) on the statement. Calculates the total necessary SoC for each individual grant line that applies salary cap, and indicates if there are necessary ECC shifts/PAAs in Workday to bring the amount of SoC to the compliant level.
