Overview
GCA creates a Workday award task to represent financial reports, billing milestones and billing installments. Workday award tasks are visible in Workday using Workday Award Tasks R1228 or Award Portal's Cost Center Reports. This webpage provides definitions for each award task status.
Statuses and Definitions
| Award Task Status | Status Definition |

| Not Started | Award task has not been started |
| In Progress | Award task has been started but is not complete |
| Pending/On Hold | Award task cannot be completed because follow up with the sponsor or campus is needed or an extension is pending. Please review the Comment related to the task for details. |
| Pre-Reconciliation | Award task has been started and a preliminary review has begun |
| In Review | Not currently used |
| Complete | Award task is complete |
