Please be aware that payroll cut-off deadlines for new budgets have changed with the implementation of Workday. New budgets need to be set up in the University’s financial system at least one business day prior to the posted Final Cutoff date. Requests to establish new budget numbers, including Funding Actions received in GCA by COB June 30th, that are needed for this payroll cycle will take priority over new budgets with later start dates.
If you need an advance budget or a new sub budget for the July 5th Final Cutoff, please submit the appropriate form to GCA by 12:00 pm on Friday, June 30th. We anticipate receiving high volumes and will make our best efforts to process as many requests before COB Monday, July 3rd.
