Effective today, 8/23/18, you will see a new Notes field in the eFECs Cost Share Summary Application.
This field is designed to allow central office staff (GCA, Post Award Fiscal Compliance, and Management Accounting & Analysis) to add comments related to cost share on a specific budget, e.g. whether the commitment has been met. Campus users will have read-only access to these notes. This will provide more insight and transparency on changes made or analysis completed.
