Last month, at the September MRAM, I summarized improvements to GIM 13 and related guidance that were under way.
As of Friday, 10/5/18, the updates to GIM 13 and related Facts & Rates guidance on the Research website are published. As a reminder, the policy itself has not changed. Revisions to the policy were designed to provide additional clarity and guidance for complex or confusing portions of the policy as well as to provide updated examples.
We hope these updates will help improve guidance on applying F&A rates in proposal preparation and post award activities.
