CORE is very pleased to announce this new two-part course consisting of an online prerequisite which offers a high level overview of the basic policies and requirements for sponsored project budgets, and a follow-up hands-on workshop where participants will practice developing budgets in given scenarios.
Introduction to Sponsored Project Budgets (online). Registration for the online class is required. You will receive a link to the online class upon registration.
Workshop on Preparing Sponsored Project Budgets. May 1, 9:30-11:30 a.m., Tower Visitors Dining Room. Completion of the online class is required before you can register for the workshop.
This course series will help participants:
- develop knowledge of federal regulations and requirements for sponsored project budgets
- understand UW budget development practices
- learn how to identify costs for sponsored project budgets
- apply correct F&A rates to sponsored project budgets.
PLEASE NOTE: You must complete the pre-requisite prior to registering for the hands-on workshop. You will be provided a registration code for the workshop after you have completed the pre-requisite.
