We have new updates in MyResearch and planned updates to SAGE to share with you. As we look ahead, our focus remains to accelerate research and advance innovation by delivering analysis, automation, and on-demand information through a seamless research administration experience.

MyResearch Portal
Thanks to valuable feedback, users will be able to monitor the status of Non-Award Agreements (NAAs) in MyResearch with greater efficiency.
The NAA Dashboard Now Includes
- NAA status and hold information: Campus can now see the status of their NAAs with up-to-date information and hold reasons
- All NAAs for named personnel: NAAs now appear on the dashboard for those listed on the eGC1 as “PI, Personnel & Organizations” or “Contacts & Assign Access” or for the PI listed on the NAA
The NAA Details Page Now Includes
- Relevant OSP reviewer comments and contact information
- Agreement details such as agreement types and Intellectual Property Provisions
- Detailed eGC1 and NAA activity history for easy tracking

Coming Soon in SAGE: FORMS-F
ORIS is working on implementing the new NIH FORMS-F requirements in Grant Runner. FORMS-F is required for any application due on or after May 25, 2020. We anticipate FORMS-F will be available in Grant Runner early to mid-May and will announce this release when it is complete. In the meantime, for applications due on or after May 25, 2020, please use FORMS-F in ASSIST.

Coming Summer 2020: New SAGE Budget
The SAGE team is excited to launch a newly designed budget feature in SAGE, scheduled to release June 2020. With this redesign, ORIS hopes to streamline the proposal budgeting process, encourage use of a single, centralized budget tool, and lay a foundation for future integrations between SAGE and Workday.
Join us at MRAM via Zoom on June 11, 2020 from 9-10 am for a brief overview of the new SAGE budget.
