eRA Commons: Re-Save Work In Progress Study Records

On 2.10.2022, eRA Commons updated the Human Subjects Clinical Trial Forms to FORMS-G. 

After the release date, but prior to application submission, users should re-save Study Records in Work in Progress applications to update the underlying form data. If you receive an error while re-saving, you may need to re-select a country from the Enrollment Country(ies) drop-down list. eRA Commons provides instructions with screenshots. 

Re-Save Study Records to Update Form Information

To re-save Study Records for an application:

1. Go to Edit mode for a Work in Progress HSCT form.
2. Click the Edit button in the Study Record(s) table to open the Study Record.
3. Click one of the “Save…” buttons at the bottom of the screen.

The study will save in the newer format. If you receive an error, you might need to open an Inclusion Enrollment Report (listed under question 2.9) and re-select a country from the Enrollment Country(ies) drop-down list.
