Use Research.gov for Proposal Preparation
As mentioned, the last day to submit new NSF proposals and supplemental funding requests in FastLane is Friday, January 27, 2023 (5:00 PM submitter’s local time).
With the implementation of NSF's Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide (PAPPG) (NSF 23-1) on January 30, 2023, FastLane will be removed as a submission option from all funding opportunities.
After January 27th, 2023, UW proposals to NSF should be prepared using Research.gov. Proposals in response to an NSF Broad Agency Announcement, should use NSF's BAAM.
