Greetings Colleagues,
As part of the conversion to Workday, GCA cannot make any updates to awards converted from FAS to Workday (i.e. Workday award group = Converted Award).
This includes:
- All SAGE Modification requests (OSP/GCA and GCA Only) for converted awards
- Changes to worktags such as cost centers
- Changes to security hierarchies and grant hierarchies
- Changes to award and award line lifecycle statuses
We expect normal processing for these items to begin before the August 4th payroll deadline for costing allocations for the July 16-31 payroll period. We will send another email announcement when normal processing resumes in early August.
OSP will continue to review, approve and route modifications to GCA. Additionally, GCA will continue receiving modifications from campus. However, no changes will be processed in Workday.
We will continue to process NEW Award Setup Requests (ASR) from OSP and NEW Advance Awards as normal.
