We are excited to share some of the key outcomes from the UW Connect Finance User and Content Creator Surveys.
UW Connect Finance User survey - The overwhelming feedback was that it is challenging to find what you are looking for on the UW Connect Finance Portal (UWCF) and that the job aids didn't always answer your questions. To help with those issues, we are doing the following:

Redesigning UWCF to make finding what you need easier and more intuitive.
