Post Award Grant Administration Stabilization Update
- GCA’s Award Setup and Reporting teams continue to make great progress and have reduced their backlogs by 28% and 20%, respectively, over the last week.
- The volume of returned Award Setup Requests and Modification Requests have increased five weeks in a row, increasing in volume by almost 7%. We encourage our campus partners to visit the GCA Workflow and Backlog Tracking webpage to view returned items by Cost Center.
- Unbilled Accounts Receivable for cost reimbursable awards have decreased by 53% from April 1, 2024, to May 20, 2024.
- When Fixed Price Surplus (FPS) budgets in legacy FAS were converted to Residual Balance Worktags (RBW) in Workday, the Facilities and Administrative (F&A) portion of the balance was not removed when the balance was loaded.
