The eFECS suite will be unavailable beginning 8:00 am, Monday, April 18^th due to maintenance updates. The systems will be offline for up to three days.

The updates will affect the following systems:

SAM.gov will be unavailable from 4/01-4/03 to complete the final transition from DUNS numbers to the new Unique Entity Identifiers (UEI) .

CORE’s spring schedule is published, and all courses are open for registration.

Preliminary Fringe Benefit Rates for Fiscal Year 2023 are available in SAGE, as well as in the Fringe Benefit Rate Table. These rates reflect estimated employee benefit costs to be incurred by the UW in fiscal year 2023.

Use these updated rates on multi-year sponsored program proposal budgets to best reflect anticipated costs.

The Executive Level II salary limitation for calendar year (CY) 2022 was increased to $203,700 by Executive Order effective January 2nd.
