There have been some recent improvements made to the Grant and Contract Certification Report (GCCR) process (https://finance.uw.edu/maa/gccr).
The GCCR reports have been enhanced, they are now organized by Organization Code of the corresponding budget’s home department. In the past, the GCCR reports were organized by the Workday Unit Code (WUC) of the budget’s home department.
This change will require the creation of a new limit for the GCCR Report Generator ASTRA role which will be limited to Organization Code. The existing ASTRA role based on Payroll Unit Code will remain active for some time to allow departments to transition their report generators to the new authorizations.
The final report, downloading and certifying will remain the same.
