Note: Ongoing SAGE Performance Improvements
As communicated to SAGE users and MRAM on July 14, 2025.
ORIS is aware of issues affecting the SAGE Suite’s performance, including extended loading times, timeouts, and other errors. We know it’s frustrating during this busy time, and we deeply apologize for the interruptions to your work.
Please know that addressing these issues is our top priority. Each day, the SAGE team is testing new solutions to bring performance back to satisfactory levels. We plan to release incremental changes as they become available. We are paying special attention to targeted areas—primarily SAGE Budget—although we are working to address all of the performance issues you are experiencing. Thank you for your detailed reports!
Please continue to report any blocking issues or patterns you are seeing by contacting us at sagehelp@uw.edu. Your patience, feedback, and partnership are always greatly appreciated
